We do not accept returns. All Zoë products are food products. For health and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at zoeoliveoil@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and help resolve it.
