Recipe: Traditional Greek Maroulosalata (Chopped Romaine Lettuce Salad) 

Ingredients (serves 2–4): 

• 2 small heads of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped 

• 2–3 tbsp Zoë Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

• 1–2 tsp Zoë Greek Dried Dill 

• 1–2 tbsp Zoë Lemon-Infused White Balsamic Vinegar 

• 2–3 fresh green spring onions, thinly sliced 

• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese 

• 2–3 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped 

• ½ tsp sea salt 

• ¼ tsp black pepper 

Instructions: 

1. Place the chopped romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl. 

1. Sprinkle Zoë Greek Dried Dill evenly over the lettuce. 

1. Add sliced green spring onions and crumbled feta. 

1. Drizzle with Zoë Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon-Infused White Balsamic Vinegar. 

1. Add fresh dill, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently to combine. 

1. Serve immediately for a fresh, vibrant Greek salad.
