Recipe: Traditional Greek Maroulosalata (Chopped Romaine Lettuce Salad)
Ingredients (serves 2–4):
- 2 small heads of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 2–3 tbsp Zoë Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1–2 tsp Zoë Greek Dried Dill
- 1–2 tbsp Zoë Lemon-Infused White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2–3 fresh green spring onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2–3 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions :
- Place the chopped romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- Sprinkle Zoë Greek Dried Dill evenly over the lettuce.
- Add sliced green spring onions and crumbled feta.
- Drizzle with Zoë Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon-Infused White Balsamic Vinegar.
- Add fresh dill, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently to combine.
