This dessert is SUPER easy, and the best part, it’s 3 ingredients total. Perfect for an unexpected guest or dinner party sweet treat surprise. We’re using a bit of a cheat code with this one, an oatmeal cookie box mix. Elevated with a fabulous Fig and Ginger Chutney from Zo\u00eb Olive Oil.<\/p>

  • 1 ensemble<\/span>\u00a0Oatmeal Cookie Mix<\/span>, (I used Quaker Oats)<\/i><\/li>
  • 1\/2 tasse de<\/span>\u00a0Fig Chutney<\/span>, (I used Zo\u00eb Olive Oil Fig and Ginger Chutney)<\/i><\/li>
  • 1\/2 tasse de<\/span>\u00a0Water<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Processus<\/h3>
    1. Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside<\/li>
    2. In a large bowl, dump the entire oatmeal mix<\/li>
    3. Add water and give it a good stir<\/li>
    4. Using a tsp cookie scooper, scoop dough balls onto baking sheet and with hands, form a more circular shape<\/li>
    5. Using your thumb, press into the middle of each cookie<\/li>
    6. Add 1\/2 tsp of filling to each thumbprint<\/li>
    7. Bake for approx 10 minutes or until edges seem golden<\/li>
    8. Remove from oven and move onto a wire wrack to cool, repeat for the remaining dough<\/li><\/ol><\/div>

      Notes<\/h3>

      Store on the counter in an airtight container and use as snacks for the week! These also freeze really well too!
