wedge pieces)<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">In a large skillet, add butter and wait for it to melt<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">To the cabbage pieces, add, salt, pepper, and olive oil<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">Once butter is melted, place cabbage face side down into the skillet on medium heat to ensure a nice char is created, then flip (approx 5 minutes per side)<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">Add water into the skillet and cover with a lid to then begin steam the cabbage for another 5 minutes or until slightly soft inside<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">Remove from skillet and place onto serving platter to cool<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">Pluck and remove basil and parsley from plants to give them a good wash)<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">For this dip add; salt, pepper, lemon infused extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, parsley, sour cream, and red wine vinegar to a tall jar<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">Blend together with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy<\/li><li class=\"instruction\">Add dip into a little ramekin topped with fresh basil, and serve!<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elevating
