Ingredients: 6
Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Vanilla Ice Cream, (room temp to scoop out)
  • 1 whole Frozen Cheesecake
  • 5 Tbsp Strawberry Balsamic Glaze
  • 5 Tbsp Graham Crackers, Optional! (I bought them already crushed)
  • 1/2 whole Strawberry Pie Filling
  • 10 pieces Edible Flowers, Optional! (I used mini roses, you can also top with fresh strawberries)

    Process

    1. Remove vanilla ice cream from freezer and set on counter to come to room temperature
    2. Open up your can of strawberry pie filling and set aside half of it to use
    3. In a bowl crush your cheesecake into small bites
    4. Add your ice cream to the same bowl along with the strawberry pie filling, give it a good mix
    5. Place your ice cream mixture (which should be somewhat watery at this point) into a tupperware and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours
    6. Once ice cream has been brought back to it’s frozen point, remove from freezer
    7. Place about 1 tbsp of crushed graham crackers at the base of your choice of ramekin or serving vessel
    8. Scoop two ice cream scoops on the graham crackers
    9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze
    10. Top off with dried florals and enjoy!

Notes

Best stored in the freezer in an air tight container!
