Elevating a simple cabbage recipe to be a gorgeous appetizer everyone will love.

Ingrédients
- 1 ensemble Cabbage, (sliced in quarter slices)
- 2 cuillères à soupe Salt and Pepper
- 5 cuillères à soupe Huile d'olive extra vierge, (I used Zoë Olive OIl brand)
- 2 cuillères à soupe Butter, Unsalted
- 3 cuillères à soupe Water
Dip
- 2 cuillères à soupe Sel et poivre
- 5 cuillères à soupe Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 entiers Ail, (whole, peeled cloves)
- 5 pièces Basil, Fresh
- 5 pièces Persil, (fresh)
- 1/3 de tasse de Crème aigre
- 1/2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Processus
- Cut cabbage into quarter slices (making 4 large wedge pieces)
- In a large skillet, add butter and wait for it to melt
- To the cabbage pieces, add, salt, pepper, and olive oil
- Once butter is melted, place cabbage face side down into the skillet on medium heat to ensure a nice char is created, then flip (approx 5 minutes per side)
- Add water into the skillet and cover with a lid to then begin steam the cabbage for another 5 minutes or until slightly soft inside
- Remove from skillet and place onto serving platter to cool
- Pluck and remove basil and parsley from plants to give them a good wash)
- For this dip add; salt, pepper, lemon infused extra virgin olive oil, garlic, basil, parsley, sour cream, and red wine vinegar to a tall jar
- Blend together with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy
- Add dip into a little ramekin topped with fresh basil, and serve!
